Such a disappointing experience and not my time’s, money’s and even energy’s worth. I came alone and wanted to treat myself to good coffee and cake since I always study at home and felt suffocated. So after getting my order I got told that I can’t use my iPad even tho I told them i’d use it for only 30mins (to watch a series at least). Let’s be honest, seeing a teenager who looks like a student and comes alone, means he/she probably will want to study and they could’ve been honest from the beginning and I would’ve saved my time and money and went otherwhere:/ also the HOT latte came in the iced latte glass, so I couldn’t hold it without burning my hands… they probably ran out of mugs. Service workers wouldn’t even bother coming and asking how everything was, tasted, so I couldn’t even express my frustration so here I am expressing it on Google reviews. Never...

Food and coffee are quite good, and the terrace is nice. But really, you might need to review some of your policies because they're REALLY WEIRD.

So, in order to get a glass of water, I have to order a coffee. But if I order a dish (which is 3 times more expensive), I can't get a glass of water. And if I order a dish and a smoothie, I still don't get a glass of water, because it's not a coffee. Solution: bring with me my Dopper, even if I spend 15 euros.

Another thing, I order a chai latte. Two options: vanilla-honey or cinnamon. I don't find them incompatible, so I order it with both, even if I pay a bit extra. No, not possible. Ok then... Solution: bring cinnamon from home?

It's a wonderful experience, totally would come back again and again and again. I arrived late so it's already past breakfast time, but the chicken wrapped I ordered unexpectedly surprised me, the flavour hit right at the first bite. The matcha was great, not too sweet but not too much milk and the chocolate tart is a great combination between the sweetness of the tart and the light sour from the blueberry. The staffs were welcoming, they came around once in a while to check if everything's okay, the place is crowded (I mean, with what they serve, they deserve it) but not too noisy, everyone can have their own conversations and ones that come alone can still enjoy their privacy....
