Freshly made, with the sauce in a nifty construction as to make sure they can serve the fries in the classic "puntzak" but without the eater getting dirty hands. The fries were also really crunchy with just the right amount of salt. The sauce, a truffle mayonaise, was also well made.

As they have no tables in the shop or outside, you grab your fries and walk while eating. The only thing bothering me a bit was the mention of the price won in 2015. 5 years later, I thought as I saw that and could just hope that the quality of the fries hadn't gone down and therefore they couldn't mention a more recently won award. Didn’t manage to snap a photo, because it didn’t take the fries long to wind up in the trash. The grossest part about them was that they were double fried. So, by the time you got your “fries”, they were just dry, oily, over cooked little crunchy sticks. The mayo was quite nice, but if they can’t get the fries right, nothing else really matters. Fries were good, not amazing. Peanut sauce was extremely sweet. However it all would've tasted a lot better if the staff had given us a single smile in our lenghty interaction. The team, on a very busy saturday, seemed to be limited to a young woman taking orders and making fries and a young man delivering orders by bike, so they were likely understaffed and stressed. Please give your staff a more manageable workload so they may have it in them to be somewhat friendly...
