Freshly made, with the sauce in a nifty construction as to make sure they can serve the fries in the classic "puntzak" but without the eater getting dirty hands. The fries were also really crunchy with just the right amount of salt. The sauce, a truffle mayonaise, was also well made.

The team, on a very busy saturday, seemed to be limited to a young woman taking orders and making fries and a young man delivering orders by bike, so they were likely understaffed and stressed. Please give your staff a more manageable workload so they may have it in them to be somewhat friendly...
