I'm Spanish, and I can say that the food was really bad. Not only does it have nothing to do with Spanish cooking, but it also tasted bad. Here's my review of each dish we tried:

Spanish tortilla (the menu says "torta," which is odd because nobody calls it that): Absolutely terrible—dry and crumbly. The onion was on top of the tortilla instead of mixed with the potato and egg, and it wasn't even caramelized as the menu claimed. Pulpo (octopus): It was overcooked and had a weird taste. 13 euros for 3 small pieces of octopus??? Ham croquettes: Nothing like Spanish croquettes. You could tell they weren't homemade but frozen. Salmorejo: The only decent thing we tried. It tasted quite authentic, although they put feta on top (??).

I also saw from another table: Pan con tomate (bread with tomatoe): They used sandwich bread!! That's the craziest thing to me. This should be made with nice, crunchy rustic bread. Calamares: They looked straight out of a package.

I understand some times restaurants adapt recipes, but this was just not good food.

P.S. Check the spelling mistakes on the windows, and change the decor, it looks Mexican rather...

Everything was good, we enjoyed our dinner but the only thing that annoyed us was the €25 service fee for the birthday cake, which I brought myself (including the birthday candles). They only served it with a big knife and a spatula—no fire for the candles and no extra plates for the cake. Charging €25 just for placing the cake on the table doesn’t make sense. That’s not a real service. It would make sense if they had cleared the table, brought the cake properly with new plates and cutlery for all guests, instead of just putting it...

Food looks good, but only in appearance. Lamb was very chewy. Octopus was also very chewy and ‚fishy’ while normally it doesn’t taste like this. I got food poisoning after the visit in Los Cosmos. Desserts were also very average. As mentioned before, everything is served really beautifully but it doesn’t taste good. Drinks were not mixed properly so the essence was only on the bottom. I doubt I will come back to this place.
