Pizzeria Pinoccio — Restaurant in Leiden

Atmosphere is sweet, but that is about it. We were not allowed to share dishes eventhough we all ordered (multiple) drinks they insisted that everyone had to order food. They brought me the wrong dish. The waitress was rude, just told me that this is what she wrote down and acted like it was my fault, ending up walking away without saying anything. Instead of a vegetarian Quattro formaggi I was served a meaty Quattro stagioni. After going to the owner/pizza baker and requesting to get the dish I ordered he also just reacted with “I was told Quattro stagioni”. In the end he made the correct pizza, however this kind of service is just unacceptable! It left me feeling stupid and bad for requesting what I ordered, especially after not being allowed to share a dish! 0/10, would...

The restaurant is very dirty, disgusting toilet, there is no normal place even to wash hands, before taking the main order waiter forced to order drinks, arguing that if you do not buy drinks, she will not take our main order, after we ordered drinks, we brought dirty and patched from the middle of the glasses for beer, quite a long wait for food, the food was not tasty: pasta carbonara was tasteless, like ordinary pasta cooked at home, pizza 4 cheese was disgusting, I categorically do not recommend this restaurant, although it is very hard to call it...

Ridiculous customer service. The owner refused us because we just wanted to share some of our dishes. He encouraged us to each take a drink, and then demanding everyone to have the dish each, rejecting us and taking our menus and cutlery away, when we insisted on sharing amongst ourselves.
