Blanche Dael Branderij — Restaurant in Maastricht

Don't mean to be a Karen, but this was just such a disappointing experience. Came in, and the only available table with an electricity plug was dirty. I have asked the barista if there were any other tables with a plug available, but that was not the case. After I received my cappuccino, no one bothered to come and clean the dishes off the table, but the barista had plenty of time to chat with her friend nearby. In the end I had to bring two trays of dishes away myself. Should be you paying me for cleaning your tables, not me paying €3.75 for a cappuccino.

Handig, alles bij elkaar. Zowel de koffie- en theewinkel als ook een coffeebar! En dat in een super mooi gebouw met een grote historie, hier werden vroeger de stenen gemaakt voor de bouw van het iconische Eifelgebouw dat overal in Maastricht aan de horizon te zien is.

Dit is het nieuwe hoofdkantoor van zowel Blanche Dael als ook van Coffeelovers, beiden een begrip in Maastricht. Coffeelovers bestaat sinds 2000 en Blanche Dael zit al sinds 1878 in de koffie en thee. Ze zijn niet meer weg te denken uit Maasricht.

Sinds november 2020 zit Blanche dael in hun nieuwe locatie 't Brikkegebouw, dit gebouw heeft een grote rol gespeeld in de geschiedenis van de Sphinx, een van de bedrijven die maastricht gemaakt heeft tot de stad die het nu is. Het is dan ook mooi om te zien dat een bedrijf zoals Blanche Dael dat ook een enorme beidrage leverd aan deze geschiedenis dit gebouw gebruikt en behoud voor de toekomst.

In de coffeebar zijn alle bonen van Blanche Dael te proeven als filterkoffie of als espresso, en het personeel weet je alles over dwze koffie te vertellen. zo is het nog gemakkelijker om de perfecte koffie te kiezen. Ook is het leuk dat je de theepakkerij en branderij kunt zien. Zodat je weet waar je koffie en thee...
