Was there around the noon mark, I had the staffburger which was a great combination of its ingredients and its bun. The meat itself was a bit too much, a slightly smaller piece of meat could in my opinion satisfy my hunger and still allow each bite to be a combination of all the ingredients which wasn't the case this time because the last bit was just bread and meat. Their selection of beers are extensive enough to have something for anyone. Read moreThe Falstaff is one of the more main stream cafes in Maastricht. It attracts a wide variety of people during the daytime and a 20-40s crowd in the evening hours. Situated in the heart of Maastricht at a stone throw from the Vrijthof, its hard to miss when visiting city center.
The menu is straight forward but has some original dishes for lunch and dinner. The beer selection is always excellent. The beer menus (4 different beers served) are definitely worth a try when you plan to sit down for a while.
