Terrible experience, overall everybody was nice but the bald security is a troubled guy. Started to violently push my friend while he was in the street when he said he wanted to talk to a manager after feeling that this security was being extremely rude. Anyways, the music and the soundsystem was bad but we were there just to enjoy the night with our friends (some of them came to the city just for one night) and we weren’t able to do that because of the bald security. Said to us that he was the owner of the establishment, sorry fella doesn’t seem like it. You couldn’t even be the owner of a souvenir shop. Like you just woke up in some fairy tale. The surroundings are beautiful from the terrace. The nachos were disappointing though. Not even layered and they looked like they were made in the morning just to be reheated (and slightly burned) at our arrival late in the afternoon. It took the staff a while to spot us before we could order. Environment is beautiful, inside looks like it’s ready to start a party, but i won’t be ordering nachos here anymore. This is an incredible event venue! We held our company Holiday Party and it was perfect. It's plenty big enough for at least 100 people, the stage and sound quality for live music is excellent. The staff was incredibly gracious, helpful, and professional. The prices are unbeatable. We will definitely have many more events here in the future.
