I finally tried Garibaldi in Maastricht, and it was amazing! From the staff to the vibe to the food, everything was a 10/10. The place has such a cozy and unique atmosphere, and the staff made me feel so welcome.

The menu was unique and original ( unlike most cafe in Maastricht) . It’s also perfect for sharing a few dishes without spending a fortune on average food ( like most tapas places in Maastricht) . This place is very reasonably priced for such a great service and cosy well attentive service.

Amazing! Thats what i have to say!! I have been walking past this place a few times a week and i kept telling myself i would go. My friend and I finally did and it was amazing. The prices are really good (9€ for half a pizza and 6.5€ for wine) for a place that looks quite fancy. I loved the atmosphere, the staff was very nice, it was not too loud and the dim lighting makes it so magical. The wine was delicious and the pizza tasted as if it genuinely was made with love. This is a good Dutch restaurant that tries to make Italian food. If you are looking for Italian food, this is not the right place.

The pasta was tasteless, cooked without any salt. It was not that bad but it was sticky and overcooked. The main course was better but the presentation, the ingredients and the taste combination was not Italian at all. It was a delicious Dutch dish.
