Infinito — Restaurant in Maastricht

We had a really nice evening at Infinito, where the ambiance and service were both good. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive.

For appetizers, we ordered oysters and bruschetta, both of which were delicious. The oysters were super fresh, and so were the tomatoes on the bruschetta. The olive oil on the table was super tasty and complemented the basket of bread well.

We treated ourselves to a whole bottle of Barolo Tenute Neirano, which cost €65.

For the main course, we ordered fish and ribeye steak with pepper sauce. However, we were a bit disappointed as the fish came out lukewarm and the steak was super chewy. It’s probably not the cooking, but the type of meat that was chosen.

I had a nice evening. We didnot choose this restaurant . We just bumped into . Nice ambiance the service is also ok fancy decor. The bread starter we had was served with nice quality olive oil. My friends had pasta and ravioli . It is too bad that wehad to ask for the parmesan and according to my friens ravioli were good but not exceptional. Ihad the risotto excellent a bit too much on platebutfor my wasexcellent was excellent. By a hot evening, Maastricht was full of people. Trying to avoid crowded restaurants and tourists traps, we were refused by many places claiming to be full. We then came across Infinito. Although also full, the started enquiring the possibility to free us a space and they managed to install us. Later in the evening, they even proposed us to switch table so that we could be more at ease. Beside this warm welcome, we were served by several friendly staff members, each smiling and prone to give excellent advises. Dishes ans wines were sumptuous. We did spend a very nice...
