Last Friday, I had an unforgettable evening at JEF. We were a group of 8 Ladies.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for a special experience. Our table was ready and waiting, and the staff greeted us with such warmth and friendliness—it really set the tone for the night.

The atmosphere at JEF is incredibly cozy, with vibes that make you feel right at home yet still luxurious. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy your time without any rush.

Now, let's talk about the food—wow! Every dish was a masterpiece, cooked with so much passion that you could taste it in every bite. The flavors were perfectly balanced and carefully crafted, making each dish stand out in its own way. The menu was presented beautifully, and the attention to detail was impressive.

Cosy ambience, great food and friendly & efficient service In town for just two days we had little time to select our dining venues Located close to our hotel we selected this place mainly because of its small size and menu style. Welcome was friendly and we were seated immediately From the fixed menu we selected the crab meat “cigar”, followed by sea bass and a berry desert and added a la carte salmon with “karnemelk-dill” sauce and steak tartare further enhanced with some French fries. Prior to starting with the dinner we were served some amuse bouche. Sub-par restaurant that falls well short of providing good food, let alone a fine dining experience.

We were left waiting from the outset for almost 5 minutes just to be seated - despite only 1 other party in the restaurant. Then it took another 15 minutes for the menu to be provided.

The fish was of microscopic portions, and incredibly oversalted. And the so-called cheesecake was in actuality whipped cream sans a solid base. To top it off, the coffee was burnt.
