Caribbean Blend — Restaurant in Philipsburg

Came here on a Sunday when most things were closed. My girlfriend ordered the grilled pork chops and I ordered the grilled swordfish (both pictured below). The pork chops were very tasty and came packed with great flavor. The swordfish however, was dry and overcooked, but overall pretty good too. The swordfish fillet was also not the best cut, was riddled with some small bones, so be careful, as that's to be expected.

Definitely the best place on the island to get authentic Caribbean food with a nice ocean view. We ordered the grilled snapper, fried snapper and oxtail. EVERYTHING was on point!! For sides we had rice and peas and a potato salad that is not what you would expect. It was not made with mayo, paprika, etc. It was almost like a pounded yam (liked mashed potatoes) with a sort of sweetness to it. It was amazing!!!
