Interesting artifacts, but they are on the second floor - no elevator. This place is not suitable for people with walking disabilities or wheelchair. Maybe things will change in the future because the top floor of the museum was completely destroyed by the hurricane in 2017. I do not know if there is a washroom. The main floor has a small gift shop. As for the opening hours, take your chances as we read it would open at 10 am and the lady opened the doors for us at quarter after 11am. The museum is located on an alley off front Street. How is numbering on the street as a little weird. Do not hesitate to ask a store owner or one of the locals for directions.
