On this street there are many bars and cafes, some even have the same owner.
No 10 is a great cafe, if you search on Google for the best coffee in Rotterdam, you will definitely come across it. They truly have a great quality of coffee, I am no professional but I have much experience. The atmosphere and the vibe is a prime example of gezellig (dutch word for coziness). They have a lovely crew, glad to help you with a smile. They have a small kitchen and bar, but it's not about size and we know it. I tried the sandwich there which was out of this world, the bread was toasted golden crispy just the way you see in movies, the turkey bacon was cooked well and you could tell that it was fresh. Speaking of fresh, they have a reputation for their fresh pastry, daily selection of pastry that you could never go wrong with, whatever you choose you are going to find love at first bite. In terms of coffee, I love intense high quality coffee there, I had double shots of espresso there and I was in for a treat. You have to try it for yourself because coffee preferences are personal but I really enjoyed it.
Overall, great service, good location, kind crew, high quality food in a cozy atmosphere.

Read moreThe coffee and pastries are good, but had a terrible experience with the barista.
My husband and I visited on a Saturday morning. We placed our order to go, 2 flat whites and a cruffin. We waited nearly 20 minutes for the coffee, watching everyone who came after us get their coffee.
When we went to check the status, we see them pouring our flat whites from a ceramic cup to a take away cup! When asked what happened, they said they forgot it was take away. We said we will not accept it, it’s not like just pouring black coffee. Then the barista got annoyed telling my husband that flat white cannot be made in a takeaway cup and accusing him of telling her some stuff which he didn’t and then she claimed that she didn’t hear him correctly and apologized. My husband had to talk the barista through how to make the coffee in a to-go cup.
The rest of the staff were really nice and tried to sort out the issue as quickly as possible.
We are very patient people and understand that things go wrong and it’s totally fine. But trying to argue with us and serving us poorly made coffee after patiently waiting and paying for it is not at all acceptable.
The newly made coffee was in fact good. But the experience left...
Read moreA lovely cafe. It has great pastries and delicious sandwiches. The service is a bit slow and the place is small, otherwise everything else is great. I tried the Tiramisu Cruffin and it was tasty. The cream inside is light with a nice subtle taste of tiramisu. The cream is the perfect amount for the whole pastry, which is airy and delicious. The only unnecessary thing is the sugar on the outside of the cruffin. The Lemon Curd Tart has a strong taste of lemon, which is perfect to balance the sweetness of the dessert. The sandwiches are very filling and delicious. The flavors are perfect. I had The Sicilian and all the ingredients work very well together, so I recommend it. The only downside is that sometimes the sandwiches take a while to be served. Overall, the service is not constant, sometimes it's fast other times, it's slow. The place is also quite small, and because it's good, most of the time it's full. The place doesn't offer a huge variety of pastries, each €6.5, but they do bake them there in...
