Food is fine and portions are copious. Healthy eating options 2 main issues Was refused a glass of tap water after asking nicely. This makes no sense whatsoever and is pretty obnoxious after spending 36 euros on 2 bowls. They sell drinks (most of them loaded with sugar 94 fizzy which is a problem for me) No toilets - wanted to wash my hands before eating but that’s not available. Not ok for an eat-in place. I usually don’t leave that kind of reviews as I prefer to stay on the positive side but the audacity I faced with the refusal to serve a simple glass of tap water just did not sit well with me. Management of the place, you can do better - and you should not get knocked down for simple things like that. This was not my first time at this place as the food is nice - not sure...

I’ve been a loyal customer at Poke Box for over a year. After finally filling up my stamp card (10 bowls and over 150 euros later) I was really looking forward to picking up my free poke bowl. But when I did, the staff still charged me 2 euros for “premium” ingredients, without telling me anything in advance.

Are you serious?

If you advertise a free bowl, then it should be free. Or at the very least, tell your customers beforehand if something isn’t covered. After spending over 150 euros here, I didn’t expect to be nickel-and-dimed for 2 more euros. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle.

The taste was good (a bit too salty but for the rest good). The main issue is that I found this place super expensive. I usually go to another poke place and the small box there is way bigger than the bigger box of this place. And is cheaper than the small box of this place. Besides being expensive, in this place the ammount of salm/shrimps, edamame, etc, is really very small. On top of that we need to pay extra for brown rice. Also an extra euro for choosing...
