今天下午和朋友去羊角村Holland’s venetie吃晚餐 點了三個主菜⋯豬肋排.牛排和燉牛肉⋯從一開始進去女服務生的態度就不太友善⋯明明只有三桌客人我們等了很久才有人來點菜⋯上菜時牛排把三分熟煎成了九分熟⋯燉牛肉還不錯 但我們吃了一半時發現都豬肋排上居然有四根宗毛刷 我請女服務生過來時她只說了聲oh my god!把鬃毛刷拿走就沒下文了⋯一句對不起都沒說 再等了十分鐘後我再次要求他的解釋⋯他居然說是豬毛！豬肋排上都會有！然ㄏㄡˋ丟下一句I am sorry..就把我們的豬肋骨端走了⋯再也沒回來過！一直到了最後⋯另一位男服務生來問我們還要一份新的豬肋排嗎？説鬃刷是刷烤肉醬的刷子掉到！我拒絕了他並且要求豬肋排不付費⋯然後結完帳不開心的離開了！從頭到尾都沒有聽到一句真心的道歉！這是我遇過最差的服務態度！ I Went to the restaurant tonight.the waitress was quite rude to us. We order three main courses-rib-eye, spare rib and steak in pan. The steak in pan is good. The rib eye was over cooked. I order it medium-rare , but the steak was almost well-done. What the worst is our spare rib had four black brushes on it, and when I asked the waitress, she just said “oh my god!” Then took the brushes from the plate and DISAPPEARED, even didn’t say sorry!!!!!!!!! The next ten minutes, no one came to ask us the situation and explained it until I asked the waitress again. And she said “it ‘s the pig’s hair!!!!!!” and went to serve other tables!!! I can’t believe what I heard and how it happened in the restaurant. After I asked for the explanation .the other waiter came and asked us “do we need a new spare rib?” I rejected it and asked for free for the spare rib. Then we left the restaurant with a bad mood. Unfortunately, my experience with this place was terrible. The staff lacked courtesy and respect for customers. They only seemed interested in taking our money without providing any real service.i came from Germany und rented a boat for a 3-hour water tour in Giethoorn for €170. First, we had to wait for an hour because there was no boat available. Then, after 45 minutes, the boat malfunctioned, moving very slowly. When we contacted the person in charge, Joey, he suggested cleaning the motor blades, i asked him to come and check, and when he arrived, he said the blades were fine and that he had activated an additional speed for the boat so we could continue. He also told us that if we faced any further issues, he would change the boat. Later, the boat stopped entirely in the middle of the lake, and when I asked for a replacement, Joey said no other boats were available, only to find out later that there were multiple boats at their center. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, Joey was rude and only offered €50, claiming we had used the boat for two hours. Our tour operator brought us here, which is probably why this restaurant DOESN'T CARE AT ALL about customers service as the tour will just keep bringing them new customers. First thing we were told is that we can't drink from our own water bottle, which is ridiculous and they don't serve tap water. They just want to rip off the tourists. Most of the staffs were rude. I ordered pork ribs and there was an dead insect in the sauce that came with it. We showed to the waitress and got it replaced. Fine. Later when the manager/owner came to ask us if everything is okay, we told him what happened. He didn't apologize at all and his reply was "feel free to visit our kitchen, our kitchen is clean but sometimes things happened". Simply unacceptable attitude and impolite.
