First things first, if someone pays 15 euro for a small portion of food(that was awful),you need some neck to get a card machine out and charge 50 cents for a sachet of ketchup. Not to mention these little sachets are terrible for the environment.

Die Food Hall als solches ist ein idealer Spot um ein Zwischensnack oder eine Hauptspeise zu sich zu nehmen und weiß durch Ihre Vielfältigkeit zu gefallen. "De Resident" scheint augenscheinlich als dienstältester "Gastroschuppen" (seit 1977) seine Daseinsberechtigung unter Beweis stellen zu wollen, da die Mundpropaganda einen hohen Qualitätsstandard zu Gute spricht. Nun, Ja... Ich kann es definitiv bestätigen. Ich habe mich für die Steakpommes mit extra Trüffelmayo entschieden. Die Fritten als solches waren schön "al Dente" frittiert, knackig und haben sich im Geschmack keinen Fehler erlaubt. Genau richtig zubereitet: Knackig und keine unnötigen Spuren vom Frittieröl, plus gut gewürzt. Das Fleisch war absolut Köstlich. Die Qualität des Angus Beefs schmeckt man in jedem Bissen. Das Fleisch war nahezu perfekt auf den Punkt Rare gebraten. Leicht rosa/blutig im Kern und scharf angebraten von außen. Einfach ein Genuss. Die Trüffelmayo im Geschmack intensiv, aber nicht so penetrant dass man den Rest des Gerichtes nicht genießen kann. Somit als Topping bestens geeignet. Fazit: Ein simples Gericht, was durch jahrzehnte lange Erfahrung höchst wahrscheinlich immer mehr optimiert wurde.
