Five Guys — Restaurant in The Hague

The food is great and I really like the fact that all the toppings are included. These are my favorite fast food burgers hands down. The Cajun fries are very tasty and wether you get Cajun or normal fries they come in a huge amount which is great. Sauces are free and you can get as much as you want which is unique to them here in the Netherlands, at least in my experience so far. The Coca Cola machine is a really nice addition since I love trying new combinations and unlimited refills are always appreciated.

My only issue is that sometimes the make errors in the orders. I ordered a hotdog without cheese and they added cheese to it, maybe for some people that’s something they would like but I am lactose intolerant so it’s annoying that I had to wait for them to make my hot dog again. My friend ordered a burger and he never stated that he wanted it without buns, he just said he wanted a burger however they mistakenly made it without the buns and then rather than assemble the burger they just gave him buns and told him to assemble it himself which given all the toppings that come on the burger is a messy task without gloves or aluminum foil. The service has some space to improve but other than that great...

Simply ridiculous chain, and product.

Burger had no taste, condiments on it either.

Fries were so salty it felt like eating raw salt, and let's no mentioned the spilling while being delivered. ( I guess they can always blame deliveroo for that rather than actually having a separate fries paper bag to deliver them and not a ridiculously small paper cup..)

The prices are unbelievable, you can get away with a meal at a proper restaurant for the prices they are charging for their backdoor MacDonald quality meal.

6,25€ for the smallest and saddest amount of fries you ever seen? Your advertisement of local products and peanut butter oil cam not justify ripping off customers on such prices/quantity. Your margins are through the roof.

Conclusion, most tasteless burger I've ever had, fries had been dunk in the atlantic sea, soggy and way too salty, finally the price is unacceptable for what you get. Simply put, it's awful.

I previously gave 5 stars because this is my favorite burgers spot in the Netherlands. Their food is top and the service is always top. But Saddly today (31/08/2024) I had a very bad experience with the cashier. She was really rude. I hope the management can do something about it. She didn’t add the sauces that i asked for in my burger . And when I asked her to add it she told me to wait aside till she finishes the current customer. After that customer finished she moved to the next customer and ignored me. Then when I asked her to let the cook know to add it for the burger, she said you can do it yourself at the back of the restaurant. I then spoke to one of the cooks and he understood and added them. He was collaborative and nice guy. Thanks for that! Back to the cashier: The way she was talking and acting is just rude and I don’t understand why someone like that is placed to represent the restaurant. I hope management can do...
