I tried their specialty, the Oriental Chicken. I was hungry, so I finished it all, but… the bread (or roll, if you can even call it that) was spongy and cold, almost like it had just come out of the freezer. It hadn’t been warmed properly on the grill. The chicken was unfortunately under-seasoned and tasted like a store-bought product rather than something homemade. The sauce was good, though, but it didn’t seem like it was made in-house either. The coffee lacked intensity. On the positive side, the service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Large windows offer a nice view of the canal-side intersection, and the ‘90s music was a treat for me. However, for the price, you’d expect better-quality bread. The bread is the foundation of a good sandwich and should be of great quality, which sadly wasn’t the case here.
