This time we had the M&M waffles with cookies ice-cream and the waffle with strawberries and milk chocolate and white chocolate ice cream! The people of the waffle store were very nice and because they made a mistake with the flavour of an ice-cream they offered me an extra bol of ice-cream for free! This literally never happened again to me in any restaurant or cafe if The Hague City! Exceptional service & very tasty waffles! Congrats for your efforts and I will be back soon!!!

I love Qookies! Update April 2022: still love everything they offer but had to give an update on the pistachio ice cream. Its amazing ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ I go there every time I'm in Den Haag on vacation. They sell the best Milkshakes! My favorite : bastogne! Also tried the hot cookie dough and the waffles. I donโ€™t know what more to say other than SUPERB. This place is FANTASTIC. With a wide range of selection to choose from, cakes to waffles to milkshakes and much more; I was spoilt for choice. Me and my family went for different desserts so we can indulge in the finest desserts Qookies provides. My waffle was soft and hot coming with freshly cut strawberries and white chocolate sauce drizzled on top. My brothers red velvet cake was probably the best one Iโ€™ve ever tried. Iโ€™ve had red velvet cake from many places such as the U.K., USA, Turkey etc but not a better tasting one than Qookies. Finally my sister went for a cookie dough which I must say was excellent. It was hot, soft and fresh. Perfect. These guys are the masters in desserts.

Keep up the good work guys. The place is amazing, the deserts are superb and the staff/management...

I recently visited this amazing cookie ice cream waffle place, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience! The waffles were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired with delicious cookie ice cream that melted in your mouth.

What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Rambo, in particular, was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He even took the time to explain the different flavor combinations and made great recommendations.

If you're looking for a sweet treat and top-notch service, this is definitely the place to go....
