First of all, like most enterprising Dutch restaurants, this place charges you for plastic bowls, yet the bowls are cardboard. So why am I paying a surcharge? Second of all, the bowls are pretty much rice, with a tiny scoop of salsa, tiny scoop of chili sin carne (or meat, in the case of my partner's bowl), a sprinkle of cheese, and two pieces of lettuce. Why am I being served a bowl of cheap white rice for nearly 13 euros, when I can buy a whole bag of rice from the Albert Heijn for 2 euros? My advice to the owners is to not rip people off, and provide more of the actual items (like meat or chili or cheese) that constitute the bowl, not just cheap white rice to increase your profits. Disappointing. And stop taking advantage of people and charging for cardboard just because the givernment says you can. Shame on you.

However, i am very unsatisfied by the service of this particular establishment. I placed an order for pick up, which was paid in advance, I come to the shop the order is not made but the workers are already cleaning and not paying attention to the order even though it was time for me to come to the shop (i was not in advance). Furthermore, it felt as if the workers were bothered by the order when i ask for extra sauce, which i would pay for they denied it at first and had to ask for it again. The conversation then took another turn when one of the workers stated that “i would not be welcomed here anymore” after i asked them to treat me...
Read moreordered 3 tacos, fillings were very mediocre, and additional trimmings/additions so many that the whole was inedible as a taco (good thing they give a spork, altough a knife would be very appreciated). especially when you take it with, it turns into mush by the time (5 mins later) you get to the office. for a quick taco without a large mess, not a go to.. staff was very nice! additionally, 16 bucks for 3 tacos, reading through the reviews i noticed that they charge seperately for a scoop of corn, and all other toppings? make that clear before asking a customer whether they want this! as it seems...
