If I could give this Starbucks zero stars, I would. I went in expecting a simple student discount, but because my card didn’t have my name printed on it (even though it was a valid student card), they flat-out refused. I asked for a manager, thinking someone reasonable could help, but instead, I got the most arrogant response—she claimed she doesn’t have a boss. Seriously? Does she own Starbucks now?
And then it got even worse. Instead of just denying the discount, she accused me of printing my student card myself. As if I walked in with some elaborate, homemade forgery just to scam them out of a tiny discount. The so-called “manager”—a blonde woman with an unclear name tag, probably on purpose, whose name started with “A”—was unbelievably rude and dismissive the entire time. The arrogance, the lack of professionalism, the absolute refusal to provide even basic customer service—unreal. If you enjoy being treated like a liar and a nuisance instead of a customer, then sure, go here. Otherwise, avoid this Starbucks...
Read moreI go here quite often and normally I get good service but today I found the person taking my order quite rude, i asked for the chocolate cookie and she went to go get it for me, she gives me the chocolate chip cookie and I say that I asked for the chocolate cookie and she says to me in a rude tone “no you ordered the chocolate chip cookie I asked you and you said that” and I did not say the chocolate chip cookie I said the chocolate cookie. She sighs rudely at me and goes to grab the chocolate cookie I asked for and she whispers something to her coworker and looks at me. I found this really rude.
