I discovered this place through TGTG (Too Good To Go) and was pleasantly surprised. After some discussion with the gentleman(s) in the shop, I decided to go for the Frit'zza Piccante and it was freshly prepared on the spot. It was so delicious, the dough was airy and also had a slightly chewy bite (I personally love that combination!), the filling was tasty and just the right amount for a lunch. The gentlemen in the shop (actually no idea if they are the owners) are very approachable, pleasant to communicate with, think along and come across as enthusiastic. The chocolates on the counter were also very popular ;). If I'm ever in the area of ​​Utrecht again, I will definitely come back to try some other dishes. Never tried this concept before and it exceeded any possible expectations. The food is delicious, very fresh and tasty, well balanced and it really gives the chance to savour each ingredient. I've had the fritt'zza Parmigiana, tried the Pepperoni one and had several fritattine di pasta and can't recommend them enough. I've also tried the chocolate mousse and the tiramisu and it is for sure a very well thought way to finish any meal, I can't stress enough the quality of the ingredients and how that translates into each bite. Special mention to the lovely staff and menu overall, the restaurant is vegetarian and with imported Italian goodies, making the whole experience something very unique and far from the regular pizza...
