Terrible food - don't eat here!

We'd reserved a table with a group friends on Saturday night. Drinks order was fine and came quickly. 2 of the group ordered a selection of starters to be eaten for main course while the rest of us ordered mains. We very clearly said "bring everything together". The starters turned up first and they'd forgotten we wanted it all at once - when we asked, they said "it's busy but we'll do our best to bring the rest asap". They came with cutlery for the mains asking who had ordered steak - no-one, who had ordered curry - no-one! so we think they got the order really muddled - at least at that point they came back to check the order. When our food finally came my chips were hot but not cooked, my burger was one of the worst burgers I've every had, like it had been pre-char grilled in some factory and then slightly warmed in the restaurant, so tasteless! One of my friends had the tortellini which was just pasta with no sauce. 2 friends had the same salad - one generous plate with tomatoes, the other half empty with no tomatoes! Only the...

Terrible service, bad food.

The server forgot to put our order in which they only realized after we'd been waiting for 40 minutes. When we indicated that we weren't exactly thrilled, a waiter told us to cheer up, and actually slapped one of us on the shoulder. When the food finally came, the burger (advertised as medium temperature by default) was the consistency of a hockey puck. The comped coffee took a further 20 minutes to arrive. I went there with group of friends for Friday night drinks after work. This place was quite busy. Luckily we had reserved the place. It's better to reserve it always. We didn't explore the food menu as we were there for drinks but there were plenty of people sitting there eating. It is located very close to the train and tram station.
