I was really disappointed with the ramen. After doing some queue, we finally got into the restaurant. I was surprised by the variety of seasonings and spices on the table but I quickly found the reason: it was the blandest ramen that I ever tried. The broth had almost no taste, and for 18€ I was expecting more than a miso soup from AH. The egg needed to marinate for longer, it had no taste. The bamboo was also really pale and flavorless. I think the noodles were ok, but they didn't absorb the (light) taste of the soup. I asked for an ebi furai ramen, so they came aside, in a different plate. Why are they not doing the same with the karage? If you order karage ramen, ask them to put it in a different plate because after one minute the karage was completely soggy. The service was nice and really fast. I loved the decoration but what is going on with the music? I was not expecting "let it go" from frozen or a cover song of "Despacito" in a ramen place with such good japanese decoration. In complete honesty, for the same price or even less I rather go to Sanju ramen or any other ramen place in Utrecht

Was here for an early-ish weekday dinner with my partner. We didn't book and there were plenty of seats. Staff near the door were capable of greeting us with an apparent "irasaima", but the "se" at the end just drops off for some reason. They did the same with other customers as well. I tried their vegan tofu ramen, with miso base. Some of the ingredients (like the fresh seaweed) felt like they just came out of the fridge, but overall it was delicious, especially the soup base. The noodles were cooked just right. It would have been great if there was an option to add an egg (I'm not vegan), perhaps I missed it. I enjoyed my starter of veggie gyoza as well. Sadly, my partner didn't like her teriyaki gyoza don at all. The acceptable stuff ended with the gyozas. She found the skin of the chicken pieces far too salty, yet the rest of it was bland. She also didn't like how there was barely any sauce to mix in with the rice. I tried their homemade ice tea. It was okay. Service was mostly friendly. The place wasn't the cleanest but much better compared to some other places in the city.

I went to this restaurant today with my friend. It was absolutely amazing. The personnel were really friendly. The funniest thing to me was when we left, ALL of them said goodbye. It truly felt like I was a famous person. The atmosphere was nice, they had some posters in the back which were really cute and looked like they were commissioned. Very nice touch. The best part was the food, obviously. I’ll forever have dreams about this ramen, because it was so good. The food came pretty fast, but that was because there weren’t a lot of people around. Still, surprisingly fast. The ingredients were so well picked and worked harmoniously with the broth. They even gave me this ladle-like spoon which I didn’t expect, but it made eating the ramen easier. My advice is to get the strawberry ramune with the ramen. It was SO SO good! In conclusion, I recommend this place
