Let's start positive: drinks were good. From there it goes downhill. Food was okay. Service was terrible, though. First I could not attract the attention of the waiter nearby, which is already a sign of poor service. So I flagged down another waiter, somewhere further. He commented on me being 'impatient' and that he usually did not 'work that area'. My first instinct was to apologize and then thank him for making an exception for me and my son (8yo). But what the heck? Which place has such inattentive staff? When the bill came (high since NL imported Bidenflation and then added a few points to it) I put down a fifty, which meant a 50 cent tip. DON'T get the Tiramisu, I usually love rose and vanilla but this was awful.
The main reason this is only getting 2x stars is the fact they've joined the hipster band wagon and gone cashless. Cutting off so many customers and joining what is becoming a growing list of utrecht businesses feeding into a cashless society. I'm sure I'll get the generic response of cashless for our staff members but I suggest googling why it is bad. Take off the silly stickers and accept all payment please.

I came in looking for a spot to work (something they advertise with) and was rudely told by the waiter that I wasnt allowed to sit at a regular table. Apparently flexworkers are only allowed to sit at the long table which only has stools, not proper chairs. However, one minute before that another waitress had told me because it was quiet and I was ordering lunch as well, I could sit at one of the regular tables. In short: I felt very unwanted and uncomfortable. I left right after lunch.
I understand you have a policy in place for flexwerkers, but dont talk to them rudely, they are also your customers.
