I recently visited your establishment, arriving around 6 pm, and was astounded by the poor treatment we received. Only a few tables were occupied when we arrived. However, a waitress, who appeared to be a senior employee compared to her colleagues, directed us to the narrow, dark, and dirty table under the staircase, insisting it was our only option. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when there were plenty of clean and well-lit indoor seats, not to mention around 10 vacant tables outside the restaurant.

As a result, I decided to dine at another nearby restaurant. When I finished my meal and returned to your establishment, I observed that it was not fully occupied.

Came with a group of friends while traveling through Amsterdam. We were quickly seated but waited a long time to get our order taken. While I understand they were a bit short staffed, we ended up receiving our food before the drinks arrived. Drinks included mojitos made with tequila (should be rum), lemonade without any lemons in it, alcoholic version when it was supposed to be non-alcoholic… you get the picture. The food is good but significantly overpriced for what you get. Also had to fight to get guac when it was on the menu. Requested the check, after 25 minutes had to flag our waitress and ask again. Unable to split the check between parties. Last thing to mention- any birthday celebrations result in a 1 min song that was blasted out of the audio system.

I waited in the restaurant for an hour until they brought my order.
