If you're in a hurry and looking for a quick and cheap bite, keep moving. This place isn't for you.

But if you're looking for a stunning setting, great tasting food, and don't mind talking to your friend a little longer before your food arrives, then by all means this is the place for you.

For the best experience, pick a lovely sunny day, and sit outside on the balcony. You'll have an amazing view over Mission Bay without the awkward foot traffic of people walking around you. It's much nicer than sitting on the footpath like the other restaurants.

We grabbed the platter for 2 people. Presented very nicely, and perfectly cooked. It's going to take a while for your order to arrive. It's charcoal grill, so be patient. It's going to take a while. The dips were all delicious. We were hungry, but it totally filled us up as it was a generous serving.

We missed out on the cocktails etc, but they looked nice in the photos. We'll be back again for sure, but probably keep it for special occasions or special guests we want to spoil/treat.

Again, be prepared to wait for your food. If you're impatient or in a hurry, go somewhere else. It was almost empty when we went, but still took about 30 minutes for the platter. Like I said, it's chargoal grill, and it needs time to cook! Definitely worth the wait.

Service was very attentive and friendly. Toilets were clean. The vibe was awesome walking up the stairs.

To top it off, head downstairs to Island Gelato, just a couple...

Came across this place while strolling mission bay for somewhere to get some dinner with my gorgeous 😘 fiance ...

Nothing was serving food anymore and this was at 930pm come on NZ this is pathetic boring place .... We had a few cocktails which were delish, then ordered a sharing platter🤗.

Wow the food was so good the meat was yummy and tender the dips are scrumptious and the salad's were crisp and fresh. And a perfect accompaniment... From walking in to leaving the staff were very friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed ..

Restaurant was really great and the view from the deck overlooking mission bay was amazing, also very clean with a nice ambience even with a band playing in the other bar .... Would definitely go back here whether it's with my fiance or a group ...

Also if you're into shisha they had them as well out in the smoking area... Thanks for the great evening and delicious food...

We spend most weekend evenings around this area, decided to try this place for a drink with a view. Very very over priced, such a shame as the venue has a lot of potential offering live music on the weekend. We asked for a pint of the IPA and got a glass instead and a soda water.... 23 dollars. Just to compare, good George a few doors down which can also be a bit on the pricey side has live music on a Saturday night does jugs for $25, Belgian beer Cafe on the same row for the same round and you actually get a pint $11, we then went up to st helliers and had a sea front table and the same round was $11 again. If this place sorted its pricing out and added more selection to the tapped beer menu then maybe they could attract a decent weekend crowd. Every other venue we went to was busy and this was...
