Ordered a giant glazed donut to give it a try since people have been recommending it. Instead of letting me know that it was sold out and asking if I’d rather have something else or a refund, they gave me another type of dessert. If I had the choice, if I was GIVEN a choice, I would’ve asked for the bloody refund to save my bucks. Called them up to ask what’s going on and that I got the wrong item, the bloke over the phone sounded apologetic enough. I’ve been working in hospo for over 5yrs that I understood where he was coming from and didn’t wanna stress him out more. Read moreThis has been the worst experience I’ve had at a Domino’s. They can’t fulfill orders correctly, and the staff is very unprofessional.
When I asked politely if I could pay extra for a small amount of oregano and chili flakes, the staff responded rudely and made inappropriate gestures instead of just saying no. This was completely unacceptable.
The branch also doesn’t provide basic things like tissue paper or hand sanitizer, which shows poor hygiene and management.

Really not happy with the making also spreading butter chicken sauce on top instead of spreading on the base but i added chesse sauce and they put the chicken sauce on top of the pizza and the flavour got mixed no logic why they did that. Now have to order something else....
