Gong cha (Dominion Road) — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

The Gongcha Dominion Rd store is usually fantastic but they have gotten a bit more busier which is great to see but you need to adjust to that and put more staffs.

The management or owner of this store should have better managed the amount of staffs on shift and have good forecast managements especially given the situation where the store is becoming more popular and demand is increasing.

The staff working today, he did amazing but I can see that he was frustrated. You need to put more staffs.

I can see a couple of Uber/ delivery drivers and people who ordered online had to wait quite a bit.

I personally had to wait about 15 minutes for Gongcha which rarely happens cause the drinks are usually quick for Gongcha. Therefore more staffs are needed.

Please would the owner take better responsibility and management. This used to be one of the best Gongchas...

Absolutely love gong cha dominion road has a lovely cosy interior and the heat pump is on when it is cold so is always nice and cosy inside to sit down and enjoy your drink has really cool decor inside and is aesthetically pleasing dominion road always has great promos and discounts and I love the rewards programme I was served by a young girl when I came into the store the other day and despite her age she was absolutely lovely so kind and professional and made me an absolutely delicious drink the staff here are always kind on to it and happy to help honestly the store is such a nice place to go and many affordable options my favourite drink here is QQ passionfruit green tea with mango pearl 50% sugar 30% ice so yummy...

The best gong Cha store I’ve been to ! Super friendly staff, clean environment and welcoming energy. The location is convenient as there’s a lot of food places around the area so we just went in for some bubble tea after dinner on dom road. There’s quite a few bubble tea options to choose from but the staff are really helpful in recommending some options based on your preference. As someone who is dairy free, it’s awesome that they have so many dairy free options to choose from. My personal favourite is the popular QQ Passionfruit green tea! Will definitely be going back to try...
