Pizza Hut Mt Eden — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

Update: Ordered a pizza recently which had the wrong toppings on it (chilli instead of garlic). After writing a complaint the owner showed great initiative by going through great lengths to get in contact with me to discuss the issue and provide a remedy. He also asked for more information regarding my experiences below and said he would address them. Although I’m not sure if things will change as he cannot constantly monitor his employees, I’m satisfied with his good intentions and clear care for his customers.

Initial review: Firstly, there’s an older gentleman who works at this branch who I believe is the manager. His customer service is terrible. Never greets customers and hardly says a word - just looks & stares at customers.

I came to pick up an online order which should be very quick. Instead I had to wait for 15 minutes behind just 1 customer because only 1 counter was open and the worker could not get the persons order right. And there were heaps of other workers just wandering around in the back who could have attended to me for 30 seconds. I would like to take a moment to sincerely commend Yogesh Dave for his outstanding service as a delivery driver. Over time, I’ve interacted with many delivery personnel, but Yogesh truly stands out for his professionalism, reliability, and consistently courteous demeanor.

He handles each delivery with care and attention, ensuring that packages are delivered securely and on time. Even small details — like placing items in safe locations when I’m not available — reflect his thoughtfulness and commitment to doing the job well.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a genuinely respectful and positive attitude. Yogesh is a credit to his profession, and I deeply appreciate the level of service he provides.

Disgusting service at Mt Eden store!! I ordered my pizza to arrive at 5pm, the driver couldnt find our place so talked him through the directions, over an hour later and after him hanging up on me and swearing at me numerous times he just took the pizza back to the store and walked out, I called the store to which they continuously said "it has nothing to do with pizza hut as they are a separate delivery service before 5pm" 2 hours later the pizza arrived with no compensation or apology, I had ordered it early as I had a meeting and needed my 4 children sorted, I am absolutely...
