City Lee Gar - Philip Lam — Local services in Albert-Eden

I came to City Lee Gar a few months ago from a boxing and cardio gym as I wanted to learn Muay Thai. I was so anxious about training at a fighters gym but the team, especially Tony and Alex, were so welcoming! And there’s a lot more girls than you realise. 💪🏼

The great thing about City Lee Gar is that it’s not a massive gym, which means they can often give you the attention that you require. The classes focus heavily on technique and a coach will come around and help support you to make sure you’re doing it correctly. I love that.

This gym is so good, im starting out everyone there is super nice and friendly and will always help you out so you can improve. The coaches are awesome and teach an amazing class. Overal a super good gym would defintley recommend too anyone wanting too...
