Nice BBQ Buffet 奈斯烤肉 — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

No customer service! We were a party of four and arrived without a reservation. We were informed that we would need to wait until 8 PM for a table, which we understood given how busy the restaurant was. We decided to wait outside as the restaurant was quite noisy. While waiting, we noticed a table had finished their meal and left. At the same time, three other individuals entered the restaurant. We followed them inside and inquired if the table was now available. However, the server informed us that those three individuals had arrived before us. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since we were in high spirits when we first arrived. The situation was handled poorly, and it significantly affected our dining experience. Everything was fine until the waitress ruined my mood in the end.

I came in late and therefore I didn’t know that the dining duration was limited to 2 hours. Towards the end of the session, I asked the waitress to change the grilling plate, and the waitress mentioned that we have already reached our dining time limit.

It is understandable that she mentioning our time has ended. However, as I may translate what she said in Chinese to English, “You have reached you dining duration, I saw you guys were chatting so I didn’t mention.” This is unacceptable, what’s our chatting effect her telling us? We can’t chat nor sit in the restaurant if she told us? It’s not like we’re uncivilised that we will keep eating after she told us, nor waste...

Went here as a family of 4 a little treat before I have my baby boy and it definitely did not disappoint!! The best K bbq so far that I’ve been to and trust me I’ve been to too many k bbq but this one has been the best!! The choices of meat the choices of side dishes and the cooked dishes was just amazing and so much to choose from. Went here lunch time on a Thursday so it was pretty good and comfortable and easy to move around and get your food!! We were so full and satisfied!! Can’t wait to come again after I have my baby!!
