First time going, had a Brazilian done. Unfortunately despite the lovely service (offered a tea or water on entrance), execution wasn’t thorough and also noticed a near full bin of what I can only assume were past customers discarded wipes etc. I asked when I realised she’d ‘finished’ if I could have the hair off in the middle and the lady said she had done so... I said I could still feel it (5 weeks growth in the middle side lips) so she agreed to do it again. Still wasn’t done and it just got awkward for me to keep asking. At payment I gave the feedback that there was hair still there unlike a proper Brazilian, she did offer to go back and do it again but at that point I just needed to go and have opted instead to just tweeze the rest off at home. I'm visiting NZ on my honeymoon and only have a couple of days in Auckland before we go explore the rest of the country. The Mt Eden location was able to get me an appointment today on short notice, and they were incredibly kind and professional. Aisling took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable during my lash lift and tint. It was my first time having this service done and she communicated through all of steps and eased my nerves. I love my lash lift and would recommend this to anyone wanting their eyes to be a bit more defined without the hassle of wearing makeup.
