Really rude staff, I like their food but their behavior and manner really rude. My main point the customer is always right in any matter. I have been in business over 20 years and i know how to make customers happy. I had a couple of times coffee which was cold or extra hot so I asked if you can change it. I am a customer and I know who can make a good coffee or bad coffee but I walked through and I asked for coffee today and they said we don't make for you because I only asked for change last time also I asked that I like to talk to your boss but they ignore it and said my boss busy and not interested to hear that. Customer service getting worst every day and hows do your feel as a customer when you walked through and they don't make a coffee for you because I complained, I am supporting their business in a tough time during the lock-down but they don't appreciate it. They had three girls which two of them were better than the other one making a good coffee. They were all three making coffee but when I ask if the other two can make it for me, they said No, only one girl making coffee which you complain but I had a photo of another girl last time making a coffee for other customers. It was very embarrassing that instead of improving their service and quality, they are rude and argue with the customer. They should make customers complain in a good way, not a negative way. I am really sad with the owner's manner that he/ she doesn't care about their customer....

We ordered a boysenberry danish, an almond croissant, a pain au chocolat and a cinnamon donut. My oh my are you in for a ride…
Danish: Soft, fluffy and fruity with a bit of a bite - like me. I’ve had some good danishes in my time and this one is up there.
Croissant: “Creamy” “Say the filling was good” two quotes from my wife that perfectly sum up this item.
Donut: I have no complaints. It does what it says on the tin. A hint of a childhood nostalgia with a twist. I loved this one.
Pain au Chocolat: My wife knows her pain au chocolat and she loved this one. “Chocolatey” she exclaimed.
We also got an oat flat white - but I don’t drink coffee so I can’t comment on the taste.
Complaints:
N/A (I had a lovely morning)
UPDATE: We went back and got pies!
HOLY MACKEREL! The highlight of the morning! These pies had us both gasping for air! I got a mince and cheese while my wife got a steak and cheese!
“Pastry was delicious, super cheesy, hints of tomato” she said. You can’t get...
Read moreAmazing bakery. Been coming here for years. My personal favourites are the butter chicken and mince and cheese pies. The brownie and Afghan are also amazing. Tbh I've never had anything I didn't like. The prices have gone up since COVID happened (but that's happened to the prices of everything so I can't blame them). Around 7-8$ for a pie. But worth it!! The staff are always friendly, and there is always a community feel, relaxed vibe. If you go there enough the staff know who you are. They have some seating inside but there are also lots of little parks nearby to eat outside on a nice day. The pastry is flakey and excellent, and the inside moist and flavourful. Amazing 😋😋 you need to get there by early lunchtime though, 'cause later they start to run out of things. Their inventory is always made...
