I will probably never come back here again. I would get the red bean slushy/milkshake after work and most of the time, staff have never made me feel welcome. But I didn't mind too much because I like this specific drink they have. However, tonight (Friday 28th Oct, approx 11:15pm) is as much rudeness as I can handle. My partner and I went up to the counter to order our drinks and there was a female worker standing behind the computer. We stood there for like a minute waiting for her to say something but she was just looking down. Since the counter is tall, we didn't notice she was just on her phone the whole time we were standing there in front of her. Finally, a nice male worker came up next to her and said "Hi, how can we help you!" Nicely and in a welcoming way. I noticed the girl gave an annoyed sigh and rolled her eyes when she finally had to put her phone down and talk to us.
I was so hurt by this and confused as to why we were receiving this treatment. I asked for my red bean drink that I had a few days ago and she immediately told me that they don't make that drink anymore and I can't get that. The male coworker nicely explained to us that they didn't have the ingredients tonight anyway.
At this point her attitude was so off-putting and rude that my partner and I decided to just leave. And I won't be returning if this is the standard at which the staff are allowed to treat customers.
Big thank you to the nice male staff that really tried to help us and apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciated his efforts! I really hate to leave bad reviews and I try to be understanding but to receive the same kind of treatment every visit...

They decline orders prior to their advertised closing time, citing a need for 45 minutes to clean. If this is indeed the case, they should clearly communicate their cutoff times and update their website accordingly.
I ordered 4x smash limes via phone. When I picked up order, staff told me there was a small gift in my bag, i was suprised, thanked them and left. But upon returning home, I discovered that they had provided 4x smash lemons instead. They concealed the lemon drinks with misleading labels, assuming we would accept it without question. Makes sense why they threw in a free custard, which btw did not have a pleasant taste. When I called to address the issue, the staff claimed that the limes had turned yellow in the refrigerator, he was very adament and guaranteed me they were limes. I found that explanation unacceptable. I agreed that we would visit the next day to speak with the manager; however, we decided against it due to the distance we had to travel. The drinks were excessively acidic and undrinkable, leading us to dispose of them.
In contrast, I recommend visiting Botany Wucha. Staff are awesome. They know how to make their drinks, because they've taste-tested all their beverages to ensure quality. They also accept orders until their stated closing time even when...

staff was rude, espcially the one they call "william" who made our drinks. gave each of us bad looks when we were deciding our drinks, while loudly claiming the shop was closing in an hour at 9.15pm. The sign outside clearly stated it closed at 11pm so im not sure what the man was talking about. I have also never heard of an employee mentioning that the shop was going to close in an hour, it almost seemed like "william" wanted us to hurry it up when we had been in the shop for like a minute tops.
