Ordered through uber eats, and XL bucket which consists of 16 pieces of chicken, 3 chips, P&G and a 1.5L drink. When the delivery guy shows up, he presents a small bag with a small box inside. Single person meal I would say. The XL bucket meal online cost about $88 including delivery. Anyone would know, there is no way an XL bucket would be inside that small bag. I tried ringing and calling the store to at least seek some sort of explanation. There was no response at all. After many try's to contact the store, My husband and I had to spend more money to uber into the store and ask for the correct order. Upon arrival, they had many staff members gathered out the front smoking cigarettes. Not a pleasant sight at all for a business. We walked to the counter and a young gentleman greeted us politely. I asked him how an XL bucket can fit inside this small bag. He takes the bag and says "oh, I think somebodies put the wrong label on it.". He takes that order, after its been delivered to mine, and puts it into the warmer, where the rest of the delivery packages go. Wouldn't you want to bin the product and write off as waste??. I show him my receipt from the order and he respectfully packs it up for us. My understanding is, how are you so overstaffed, and make silly errors like that causing people to spend more money for your mistakes? This meal eventually cost us over $100 all up including the extra ubers we had to get for our food Most expensive KFC experience ever. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Read moreDo not come to this branch. Just had the worst drive thru experience in my life in KFC Fairy Springs Rotorua. The female staff cannot wait while I’m still ordering. Did not listen to my order keeps repeating and couldn’t remember. Did not let me finish my order. She told me that why don’t I just drive and go pay already. I requested for a manager but she said she was the manager. On the window she was wearing the same uniform as most of the staff so obviously she was not the manager. She said not to eyeball her but I did not. I was just taking a deep breath so I could remain calm. Staff was very rude and aggressive and mean and they need customer service training. The other lady that was wearing a different uniform that looked like the manager, did not want to give their names because I was going to file a complaint but the server’s name was obviously in the receipt. I even had to repeat myself over and over to get the receipt because they shut the window holding on to my receipt. I want to put no stars but it won’t let me. At 18.50 I placed an order ...2 piece quarter pack...I asked if it was possible to have 2 thighs...cashier said that would depend on what was available but up to the person putting order together to decide so I said if not possible I will have a thigh and a leg..cashier spoke with person putting orders together. I also asked for the chips to be exchanged for coleslaw of which I was to pay an extra 50c and was duly charged. I also asked the price of an extra bun, she said it was $1 so I said yes please I will have an extra 1 and was duly charged. I get to my destination to find I have a drink, potato and gravy, 2 pieces of chicken (thigh and leg), 1 bread roll....other bread roll and coleslaw nowhere to be seen!!
