KFC Rangiora — Restaurant in Canterbury

Last time I went there months ago they gave me warm chicken which made me sick for a couple of days. I'm 9 months pregnant and I've been too afraid to go back during pregnancy after my last experience. But I had a strong craving for chocolate mousse and there wasn't many options at about 1pm so I thought surely they can't screw up chocolate mousse as it's not even made there but apparently I was wrong. I couldn't even barely get in to it as it was completely solid it broke the spoon shortly after this photo was taken. Also I asked politely sorry but can you please tell me how much it is? Because I only got the mousse, had coins and was at the drive thru so wanted the correct change while he got me the mousse so I didn't hold up the que and the guy rolled his eyes didnt respond but instead walked away and then came back with the solid mousse. When I gave him a rough amount I thought it'd be because he still hadn't given me the price he told me in a really rude tone that I was short a bit. Then I had to ask for a spoon and he looked really annoyed at me and came back with 2 spoons. Won't be going back...

Single-handedly the WORST kfc I have ever been to, always filthy, staff are always poorly trained, never listen to simple requests, such as extra seasoning or no ice ect. and some how manage to make something as delicious and reputable as kfc almost uneatable. Some staff are great but the vast majority are snobby and put zero effort into there work. There has not been a time I have driven past this restaurant without seeing dirty looking employees sitting in the car park chain smoking cigarettes, it is off putting and they do it right in-front of the main entrance!. It is not an odd occurrence to be waiting in line and see the manager yelling at her staff. Literally spent $60 at this restraunt between me and my partner one ultimate burger meal large, a deluxe quarter pack large and two pop corn chickens. First the chicken is sloppy and greasy af i order a quarter pack for dinner youd expect two decent sized pieces and a drum or wing but nope i got a rib and two wings the smallest pieces in the lot they offer 3/4 full large chips only positive i got fill my own drink meaning they couldnt scrouge me outta quarter of my drink when i ask for no ice my partners burger is cold and her pop corn chicken is stale.
