I would usually give them a 5 star review . I am a regular customer that buys bubble tea a lot . I went to the night market and bought my customer Ben Gong Loyalty card with me thinking I could get 3 stamps for 3 drinks . ( you get 1 stamp for each drink you purchase ) They said they could not stamp it. I just been to their Store today to ask for stamps and provided proof from yesterday afternoon but the friendly young lady said the manager Told her I had to buy the tea face to face in store to get the stamps even though I bought them face to face at the night market . I feel like that wasn’t fair because there is no difference in buying in store and buying at the night market at Hornby mall . That was a very disappointing...

Had the basic milk with brown sugar pearls(first thing on their menu).For those who've tasted 'The Alley' franchise outside of NZ, the taste is diluted or toned down in terms of how substantial the milk tastes, you might want give it a pass and try it when you're back in those non-nz locations. For those who've had bubble/boba tea but never had 'brown sugar' pearls, it will be something to try. The milk tea drink itself is similar to teasme so you're only going there for the brown sugar pearls or one of their non-bubble tea offerings. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Unsure if it is indeed a franchise of 'The Alley' or a copycat. If it is a copycat, imitation is the truest form of flattery, so good...

Great pearls and options. I got the membership too, I save a lot during promo periods. However, I am giving 3 star for customer service. I always get my order take away, they never gave me a take away paperbag or even handle for my drinks (ordering for 2). I always have to ask one to have one, eventhough others gets one when they leave, I dont know if the staff chooses people they will give, or they really never wanting to ask. The place should maintain cleanliness too. Other than that everything is 5 star. The matcha and hawaiian drinks are still my favorite, pearls...
