Horrible customer service from Zoe the manager. The eggs my mum had were over cooked so she took them back to the counter and told them she wasn’t happy with the eggs. The manager Zoe took the plate away and didn’t say a word leaving mum standing at the counter not knowing what will happen next… from the table I was sitting at, I saw Zoe take the plate back and heard her began talking about us in the back with two other girls. Mum was still standing at the front counter and had to ask someone else if she can go sit down instead of standing at the counter. They then were hesitant to give mum her new eggs and just dumped it on the bench and scattered away. I had to wave someone down to get the managers name.
This experience made mum and I feel annoyed, uncomfortable and disgusted. Please look at customer service training...
Read moreI only ordered some chips at 4 pm. They weren’t burnt, but they tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I’d recommend changing the oil regularly, as anything fried ends up tasting odd otherwise. Also, I waited 20 minutes for the chips, and there was no update. It would be good to let customers know when there are delays, especially since many of us are waiting for flights and are on a tight schedule.
