Dagu Rice Noodle Hamilton 大鼓米线 — Restaurant in Hamilton

It was my second visit yesterday,and what I would like to say🤔 Overall i would recommend this new noodle restaurant, combo prices are really reasonable, the taste of the soups is very yammy, cozy interior,everything looks new, fresh and welcoming👌👌👌 But we found some things which made us feel a bit dissatisfied, my first visit was absolutely amazing though🤷‍♀️ Firstly, the size of the deep fried snacks, it looks much more and better on the picture, we ordered octopus balls, fried Tofu and rice cake.these 3 dishes were served together, and we didn't expect that all of them are soooo tiny, just very small pieces... Moreover, we didn't get any sauce for the meal, but actually Tofu is tasteless and need to come with stronger taste ingredients😔 Steamed chicken in chilli oil was perfect,soft and enough portion, but!!!!!!! didn't contain SALT at all, it was absolutely unsalted, and all the waiters were so busy, because the place is very popular now....it took time to get some salt and soy sauce and there are not any sauces on the table, hope the manager will change that🤷‍♀️ I didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the food, unfortunately... But!!!😋😋😋 Spicy noodles soup and mushroom soup was very delicious, rich stock,highly recommended👌👌👌I'm obviously will order it again and try some more soups, but I'm not sure I will order fried snacks🙈 Anyway these guys are doing really good and hard work, I only can hope some small things will be noticed and...

If you are into noodles, look no more! i recommend trying this place out. I ordered their A11 combo Spicy noodles (noodles plus bubble tea) and some side appetizers, Crispy Chicken Skin * reminds me of hotcakes😄 but it was delicious and the Takoyaki was great, too. The noodle and soup are in a separate bowl. The soup had bean sprouts, sliced bamboo shoots, cabbage slices, corn kernels, peanuts, sliced beef, marinated chicken tender and ham slices in a fragrant spicy broth. Mine was medium in spice level and sure hits the spot for me. It's a hefty serving so be brave😉🫢. LOVED the place, i will definitely come back here. You should try...

The soup is served boiling in pre heated bowls so is difficult to eat. Once it's cooled though it's incredibly good and an interesting combination of flavours and textures. One of our party had a spicy variant, and it was seriously hot (spicy) but very tasty. The menu is really well put together and there is an interesting selection of sides available. It was a bit weird when service staff came to table and literally insisted one of our party put the rice noodles into their soup (they are bought to table separately).
