Domino's Pizza Mill St — Restaurant in Hamilton

We ordered 3 pizzas last night they were really soggy and one of has spring onion topping including other veggies .when we open the box what we able to see was only sprin onions in middle of pizza not any other part of pizza it was looking like that someone was in grumpy mood and just suck the onions on my pizza .when I ring into store and spoke to the supervisor he was quite rude and he told me that if I can bring the pizza back and then he will have a look and decide that he is able to help me or not .if he thinks it’s there mistake then he can give me a new one . According his way of talking it was coming out as he is saying that m laying just for free food so end of my conversation I did mentioned that I don’t want free pizza I m a regular customer . And I just wanting to let him know that’s what Happen today .but I was really disappointed after spoken to him not won’t be ordering from this...

Too busy answering phone when id started to order, Was not listening, and we get home to find wrong pizza was made..rang them, ohh sorry thats wat u ordered... No y would i order something we wouldnt eat... While sitting waiting for order first time, another customer came in to pick up his order and was ignored while 2 workers busy chatting bout god knows wat.. There service wen customers come in needs to be improved... if that was done at my work, we would have been in big trouble.... U know the saying, customer comes first, that is not happening there... its not the first stuff up either.. Very disappointing, may look elsewhere...

The lawa cake was not prepared well and the guy working there is still arguing and not accepting their mistake. They don’t even ask about any replacement or any refund. They said it is always like this. The service has gone poor. I used to order few time before from there but the service is not good now. The management should be careful about their service and food. Will give them another chance. I hope they will try to improve there service and food quality. Very disappointed. There was no option for 0 star I would prefer that for them.
