Stopped by this cozy spot for a hand brew, and I have to say, the beans they’re using offer a really pleasant cup. The blend was joyful — a nice harmony of nutty and floral notes that made for a refreshing and smooth experience. It’s the kind of coffee that puts a smile on your face without trying too hard.

That said, I found the brew a little too light with the initial 50g water start. For this particular bean, I'd recommend a different approach: start with just 30g of water in the first pour and avoid stirring early on. Then proceed in three stages total. This method should help bring out more depth and enhance the character of the beans — especially those delicate floral and nutty notes.

After a few visits, I thought I'd leave a review. The Tasting Room doesn't disappoint. The right combination of passion and integrity from the staff and Dove, the bossman, results in a masterfully ran coffee shop.
