We visited this Carls Jr twice this week and both experiences were below standard expectations. The first visit we ordered just 1 brownie thick shake and they gave us a plain chocolate shake, (there is a price difference). Our second visit was last night. The drive-thru speaker was broken yet there was no sign or staff member there to inform customers. We moved forward to the window and waited to be acknowledged, staff saw us sitting there, yet we were ignored. After 10min we went inside to order at which point I expressed my disappointment in the lack of communication with the customer to the shift manager who then rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Once our order was taken we then waited a further 10min for our meals. We were the only customers there who were ordering and as previously mentioned, the drive-thru was out of order. A real let down as we really enjoy Carls Jr as a treat every now and then. After our experience at the Lincoln Road restaurant, we will not be visiting that location again. Gave it 3 stars instead of one because there was also a new trainee being trained while we waited and he looked to be being well taken care of and was polite to us unlike...

I was hesitant about purchasing from Carl's because I had heard they were not good. But when they opened a few years back my experiences were very good, I even managed to get my wife to eat a burger, which is not easy.
So, since my son was over we went there for lunch (pickup because I am not vaxxed). We bought a bundle for $35. Two large burgers, two small ones, 4 small drinks, onion rings and loaded fries.
Value for money is fine.
Service was very slow (5-10 minutes wait at the window) but the young woman serving was very pleasant.
Food quality is poor. The ingredients were all in the right place, but everything was warm (not hot). The fries were warm and not fully cooked. The loaded fries were warm and chewy, not crisp. The onion rings were warm, and greasy. The burgers were warm and kind of not memorable. My son commented that he would rather be eating the cheapest burger at Burger King.
I get the impression they are not getting a lot of business and as a result have poor staffing levels and food is standing around for...
Read moreWe usually stick to McDonalds, but my kids wanted a change so we decided to go into Carl's Junior. Usually I go in during the day, and so far it has been an average expereince, nothing to put me off going back until tonight. Understandable being emotional hearing a big order with only 10-15mins before closing time, but then to hear employees complain is pretty shocking, the manager looked scared to organize his workers and I see one female who was cleaning up the dining area by her self while the rest of the empolyees are just lounging around the kitchen. My kids wanted to say something, but I asked my children to remain calm, as I was concerned they may do something malicious with our burgers, espically just by hearing their attitudes about food being ordered. To that lone female that was cleaning up the dinning room, you need to find a better work enviroment, just seeing what I seen tonight explains why Carl's Junior Lincoln road cant compete with other burger joints along Lincoln. That is my last visit to Carl's Junior...
