The quality of the burgers here is genuinely impressive and definitely a highlight. However, the experience was let down by a significant issue with the redemption process for promotional offers. As an AA member, I planned to use the "buy a burger, get drinks and fries free" deal. Seeing the staff were very busy, I used the self-service kiosk for efficiency. It was only after completing the order that I learned the offer is exclusively redeemable at the main till and is not supported by the kiosk. This "till-only" limitation wasn't clearly communicated at any point during the kiosk ordering process, which was quite frustrating. While I can't fault the food, I strongly recommend that management either integrates all offers into the kiosk system or makes the redemption requirements much clearer to prevent customer...

I work in West City and decided to visit Down Low on my lunch break. After purchasing a burger and politely asking for napkins, I was given some by the staff member at the counter. As I was leaving, I took two more napkins from a nearby table, and suddenly, another staff member (a bigger lady) started yelling at me to stop. I approached her to clarify, but she continued to shout, calling me names in front of other customers. This was incredibly upsetting and unprofessional. Since the staff and ownership change, I’ve noticed a decline in service quality. I’ve reached out to West City customer service and management, and I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this experience directly with the owner. No paying customer should ever be...

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this place really sucked. It was empty and I can see why.

I ordered an OG burger combo and added pineapple and bacon along with purchasing some dipping sauce for my chips.

After 14 minutes (remember... Empty) my buzzer went off and the Indian lady at the counter said "here" and pushed the tray towards me. The $1 sauce was merely a squirt into a small container that didn't even last for the chips I had. The burger had tinned pineapple and one strip of bacon added. Flavorless and not worth the extra price.

The coke... Was room temperature, like legit you can not make this stuff up. I'd never be back and felt like I was sitting in a closing down business......
