Mr Katsu Henderson — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

We ordered 2 katsu via Uber Eats, but the restaurant made an error, which can totally happen. We ended up with one katsu and one sushi. However, when we contacted the restaurant, the woman denied sending sushi, claiming they don't offer it and insisting we received two katsu. After pressing the issue, she promised to contact Uber Eats for a refund. To our surprise, we were only refunded $1, despite receiving only half of our order. Incredible value and taste delicious. They used chicken thighs which is so much better to chicken breast imo. The chicken were thick cuts and were juicy. Rice were not over cooked or too soft. 7.5 for a medium bowl was already insane for the price considering how much chicken there were. Highly recommended comfort food.

Went to Mr Katsu a couple days ago. Very fast customer service, lovely employees. The seating area was really clean and tidy, and the atmosphere was chill and calm. It was pretty quiet, which was really nice. Got the salmon sushi- it was very fresh and tasty. On other occasions I've had the chicken on rice, which is delicious, and their chicken sushi, which is pretty good. I'd really recommend their prawn sushi - one of the yummiest sushi's I've ever had.
