It has got to be the worst customer service ever! Imagine getting in the store to start your order and be greeted by a very impolite, impatient, very unfriendly lady in the front counter. We travelled all the way from South Auckland to West City Mall to try their Batangas Lomi and other foods. We were initially standing there at the counter looking at the menu, when the lady stood in front of us looked unwelcoming and did not even bother greeting us at all. Ignored it at that instance, my husband shyly but politely asked about the differences between their lomi options. The lady looked irritated and had to get my husband to repeat it back to her as if he just asked a very stupid question. We then asked if we can order a regular chicken lomi, she then advised us that the other chicken toppings won’t be available, it would be just the egg and squid. We told her we can’t have the squid and if there’s an alternative, she said none. We opted to get the overload one instead, she seemed irritated and responded in a rude way “regardless of what size, you can’t have any other toppings”. Wow! So basically none of your Lomi options are pretty much up to no good as you basically have limited options. We took longer figuring out what to order from the menu, no help, just evil stares, and unwelcoming vibe from her. We stayed regardless to give their food a try, but overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience from the very beginning with this very unprofessional front counter lady. Our first time here, would probably be the last. Would not recommend it to friends as well. Overall, disappointed and unhappy with our experience.
——- As per their response to above’s comments, wow! Just wow. We’ve never experienced quite arrogance and lack of self awareness coming from the business owners themselves. We personally approached you for this matter so you could personally hear our genuine experience and feedback, but guess what? You twisted it around by saying we had an attitude? Remember: our main concern here was about your wife/receptionist’s approach to us as soon as we stepped foot in the front counter. Who had the attitude first? Hmmm. Guess you would never acknowledge that yourselves! Can’t believe we’ve wasted our effort, time, and money, all for a night of horror and disappointment. If this is how you treat your customers, “depending” on their attitude, then we really wish you all the best. You really think highly of yourselves and can’t take a feedback/experience from customers professionally. Pay as your order. I observed they don’t use EFTPOS System and using old method charging customers: Writing down on Paper (List of orders), using Calculator to charge the meals. It holds up the line.
Service - not impressed. only 2 people working at that time. They need more people on hand especially it was Saturday. (Weekends). Things might get busy.
We were so hungry, no choice I have to buy their Pork Crackling. Food was served after more than 30mins. Seeing only few customers that time, and looking at their faces like not happy with the waiting time.it can be frustrating.
Food - Serving was big, but it lacked of a mixture of toppings which feels like replaced with Pork Cracklings as extra topping.
Taste - was not very tasty. It felt sweet and lacked of flavor.
Price - For $85: the portion size just was just enough for a group size of 4-5 people.
Additional order: I ordered their Pancit Guisado. It’s not good at all. We didn’t even finished it and I recooked it at h They used pork cracklings as a toppings again (most of i)t. 3pcs of chicken liver. 3 pcs small shrimp. Overpriced.

The cashier lady or the co owner gives a cold neutral unwelcoming look whenever I order as if I came to beg or ask for a free meal even though I approached them warmly and respectful, or maybe because the price of my order is not high enough for her preference.
