We moved to this area few months ago, not familiar in this area for eating. My wife want to have warm soup with rice noodle while cold weather recently. I tried research and found there were only few Vietnamese restaurants in this area. We decided to go here for first try. We arrived at this Pho Heaven or Pho Ever (not sure they used two names), a lady, I think she is owner of this restaurant, was grumpy and no smiles, no welcome, I asked her high chair for my 14 months old toddler and I catched her face was look like really annoying. We seated at the table and surface was really sticky and also floor was sticky as well, also all the white plastic old bowls were stained badly. When we order the meals and served foods, until paid bill, a lady was grumpy and very rude again. Fried rice was good but rice noodle soup was below average, also all the menus were over priced. I'd suggest if she is owner of this restaurant, she really need to have staff for serving. She does not have a basic service mind for the customers and also please do not work on this kind of business. We are not going back to this...
Read moreWhile the "pho" here is delicious, I find it inappropriately named. My partner and I ordered the chili "pho" and it was more reminiscent of Korean sundubu broth, just with pho noodles and cabbage in the soup (as opposed to a freshly cracked egg, jjigae, or tteokbokki). Cabbage is a very token ingredient in Korean cuisine, which is absolutely delicious! But trust that cabbage is not traditionally found in Vietnamese pho, ever. I didn't mind having pho noodles in a sundubu-like broth, but if you're looking for authentic pho richly seasoned with star anise, cinnamon, coriander, and fish sauce, I'd consider going elsewhere. I think Pho Heaven Vietnamese Restaurant would be more aptly named, "Heaven Korean Fusion Restaurant". The menu did list the various pho dishes under its "Fusion" section, but especially in the case of the chili pho, I did not get any hints of a true phố gà base. All qualms aside, I'd love to come back to try the owner's other soups, especially the curry pho or...

As soon as we walked in and saw the menu we wanted to walk out. if you look at the menu yourself on their website you could say its more confusion than fusion.
Anyway we ordered the Fried Spring Rolls, they were tiny as, prob the size of my pinkie finger, They were so small I couldn't figure out what they put as the filling. I don't recommend this.
Chicken Pho, the broth was was very generic tasting, not what you'd normally expect for a Pho. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either.
Fried Pho, I have no idea what this was supposed to be but if you want to talk about confusion, this meal was confused. I didn't know expect, whatever I expected is not what I got. If you like soggy Pad Tai with thick Rice Noodles then you will enjoy this.
Service was friendly but unfortunately the food was confused! So this place is...
