Very disappointed in my recent visit. I ordered one of the deals - 2 Traditional Pizzas and 2 sides; but I stated I wanted fries and garlic bread. I was told this was not part of the deal - Fair enough. But I made it clear that's what I wanted, whether a 'deal or not'. The staff member then disappeared, another served me; accepted the order; and took payment. When I collected my order I was given 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a bottle of coke! I told them I do not want the bottle of coke - I asked for fries, and would pay whatever extra fries would cost. The staff member then buggered off the pack some pizzas, leaving me standing at the counter. I waited until he came back and politely stated again - I ordered fries - I want fries. I was finally given a box with 24 chips in it, and a $2 coin..?? And once again the staff member simply walked away leaving me standing there. To add the toppings were minimal, but this seems to be the norm for fast-food pizza franchises. This was just insulting!!!

Thanks for your reply. I would have emailed directly, but Dominos does not seem to provide any email addresses; or in fact any other way to provide feedback. Firstly I do not require anything more from Dominos. I think a little bit better customer service would have resolved this right from the start. E.g. Both when I ordered and questioned my order the staff member simply walked away in the middle of our conversations. And the pitiful amount of chips - 3 adults; we each got 8 chips! If this was my store, and I had messed up the order in the first place, (Which does happen - that's fine.) I would have made sure I there would be no issues the 2nd...

They only re made one pizza the other was not remade and ended up soggy and the remade xl pizza had less topping than the other large pizza. When we called the shop the person wasn't sure what to do so I said look I want to speak to the manager. Ruby was put on the phone who advised they already remade it once and there was nothing more they were going to do when I said no I want a refund she said well we are not going to do that and hung up. I called back the other person answered then when I asked to if ruby was the manager he said he didn't know and hung up again. I said well I want to talk to ruby again this time she was just as rude without handing up not solution offered = there 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke.at no point did I yell or swear at them but Ruby provided worst customer service experience and even worse food quality. Would not recommend and the 50% more pizza on the xl pizza add only stands for 50% more...

Went back here recently to check if they have upgraded services. No still disgusting. They offered me a refund that I never got. Donut is a waste of time, it's disgusting looks like they sat on it. See photos. Rude staff. And pizzas that were incorrect were cold. Incorrect order, missing ingredients like mayo you have to pay extra for and its not there, AGAIN. food that doesn't reach right around the pizza, and half a pizza with nothing on it. I should have gotten that photo somewhere. This place should have gotten shut down...
