Sushi Kitchen — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

The sushi was yummy but I was disappointed by the amount of single use packaging that was used. We sat in at the tables provided, yet everything for dining was single use: a paper plate, single use chopsticks, single serve plastic packets of ginger and Wasabi and a paper cup for water. When i asked for water they refered me to the fridge of plastic bottles, and then gave it in the paper cup when i asked for tap water. They also only have one bin where everything is going to landfill, so for each customer they are producing a huge amount of waste. Would love to see crockery used for customers...

This is the best Japanese restaurant on the north shore and that I have ever been to. The food is exceptionally good. The service is consistently wonderful and they always make sure you feel welcomed and happy. The staff are all amazing and the store is consistently clean and tidy. I love this store and the lovely staff who make my day every time I walk in.

This is an amazing lunch spot! The Sushi is really well made and VERY tasty for the price. The fried chicken that they have in their sushi is TO DIE FOR!!!!!
