I have been to this place twice now. The first time was ok not good but ok enough to go back because the food was good service was a little bit off at the start as I went in for dinner all by myself and I felt like I was being judged with the smurks on their face when I said a table for one. The second time I went in (again a table for one) the lady was taken back almost to the point where she was just being plain rude. I finally get seated given a dirty water glass and my order was taken. My food arrived and when the waiter came back and checked on my meal I said it is too salty he just looked at me with a look of what do I do and walked off. Read moreOur experience; Food very good. However some concern re their strange payment requests! Gave them eftpos card with sufficient funds. Then the concern! They said failed in one eftpos machine so I looked at bank account payment not attempted so tried again same answer from them. Again no payment attempted.They said can you pay me cash! I said no I don't carry that much cash. They used another eftpos machine with same result! Asked for cash again! They then realised no cash and asked for my contact detail, I said any problem call me. Left restaurant and 20mins later payment came out!! Eftpos worked fine just before meal and just after! Was this an eftpos game to get cash?? It was disturbing raising concerns of something not right here! I have experienced this before under similar circumstances! Read moreI always buy chilli paneer From the same brach ,the guy work at front counter SK chopra was so rude , his communication skills was too poor , sorry to say this being an Indian I tried to talk to him in Hindi after relishing he don’t have good command on English 😉but he stick to talk in English which was pathetic. As I m also In Hospitality industry he should learn how to deal with customers and if customers ignore your mistakes and make you feel comfortable please make customers also feel comfortable. Accent and wrong (english) doesn’t make u perfect. As I am putting this on google review !
